Ofloxacin is used to treat certain cases of pneumonia, skin infections, lung infection, sexually transmitted disease, infections in reproductive organs, infections in kidney and bladder. This medicine is also used to treat swelling of the prostate gland caused by prostatitis, this medicine works by destroying bacteria growth thus helps in preventing bacteria infections.
