Directions for use Adults(12 years and above): 1 teaspoonful(5ml) twice daily, Children (4 years and above): 1 teaspoonful(5ml) once daily. Infancts and children(below 4 years): 2.5ml (1/2 teaspoonful) once daily. Can be taken on its own or it can be mixed with twice the quantity of milk or orange juice.
